These terms apply when you send us a property to build through showcase.place. They cover what we deliver, what it costs, and how the domain works. Property Pixel Pty Ltd (ABN 90 678 224 596) - "we", "us", "our" - operates Showcase.Place and is the party you are contracting with.
The three things worth reading first
We register and own the domain. You have use of it for twelve months. It is not registered in your name. Section 6 explains what that means in practice.
We do not produce photography, floor plans, video or virtual tours. The website has sections ready for them; the content is yours to supply.
Your website also lives permanently at showcase.place/property/{address}, so the listing stays reachable there even if the custom domain lapses.
1. Who we are
Showcase.Place is a product of Property Pixel Pty Ltd (ABN 90 678 224 596), a real estate marketing agency. Invoices are issued in the name of Property Pixel Pty Ltd, so that is the name your accounts team will see.

2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every property you send us, however you send it - through the booking form on showcase.place, by email, or by phone. The form asks you to accept them before you submit. If you book another way, the confirmation email we send you links to them, and going ahead with the property means you accept them.
3. What you are buying
A dedicated website for one property, on its own domain, built and hosted by us. It is delivered in two stages:
- A coming-soon page, live the next business day after you send us the property, with a register-your-interest form so enquiries can begin before the professional photographs are taken.
- The full website, ready for your approval within 24 hours of you sending photographs. It replaces the coming-soon page on the same domain, so links you have already shared keep working, along with any enquiries received in the meantime.
The website includes sections for photographs, a floor plan, video, a virtual tour, a map of the local area and a direct enquiry form. Accent colour, secondary colour, background colour and fonts are set to suit your agency.
4. What you provide
To build the coming-soon page we need the property address, one photograph of the front of the property, and basic details - bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land size and a short description. To build the full website we need your marketing photographs, and any floor plan, video or virtual tour you want included.
We do not create photographs, floor plans, video or virtual tours. Showcase.Place is not a photography business, and there is no requirement to use our photography studio.
By sending us material you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it published on the property website, including any photographer's licence and the owner's permission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the property information you supply. We publish what you send us; we do not verify it.
5. Price and payment
$395 per property, including GST, charged once. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. The fee covers the coming-soon page, the full website, the domain and twelve months of hosting.
We invoice when you send us the property. Payment is by card or bank transfer. Domain registration and the coming-soon page go ahead regardless; the full website goes live once payment has been received.
6. The domain
We register a .com domain based on the property address and
point it at your website. Where the street address is not available we use
the property or building name, and we tell you the address before the
website goes live.
The domain is registered to and owned by Property Pixel Pty Ltd, and the $395 includes use of it for twelve months. The fee is for the whole website, not the domain alone - section 5 lists what it covers. The domain is not registered in your name, and we do not transfer or release it on request.
About a month before the twelve months ends we will email you the renewal cost. Renewal is optional. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged unless you ask us to renew.
Every website also has a permanent address at
showcase.place/property/{address}. That address does not
expire, so the website itself stays reachable there even if the custom
domain lapses. Links to the custom domain will stop working -
there is no redirect once a domain has expired - so the permanent
address is the one to use anywhere a link needs to outlive the campaign.
7. Changes after go-live
Two rounds of changes are included after the website goes live. Changes are handled over email - there is no login, dashboard or phone support. Further changes can be quoted separately.
8. Availability
We host your website and aim to keep it available continuously. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access: hosting providers, domain registrars and internet services occasionally fail, and we sometimes need to carry out maintenance. If your website is unavailable, tell us and we will restore it as soon as we reasonably can.
We do not offer a service level agreement or uptime credits. Nothing in this section limits the consumer guarantees described in section 12.
9. Enquiries from buyers
Enquiries submitted through the website are emailed directly to you. We do not contact enquirers, sell their details, or use them for our own marketing. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Using your website as an example
We may refer to a website we have built as an example of our work, including a link to it while it is live. If you would prefer we did not, email us and we will not.
11. Cancelling
If you cancel before the coming-soon page goes live, we will not invoice you, or will refund the fee if you have already paid. If you cancel after the coming-soon page is live, the domain has been registered and work has been done, so the fee is payable. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. If something goes wrong
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a property website is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the $395 fee for that property. We are not liable for the accuracy of information you supply, for the outcome of a marketing campaign, or for interruptions caused by third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers or email services.
13. Ending the arrangement
We may take a website down if the fee remains unpaid, if the material supplied breaches someone else's rights, or if the website is used for something unlawful. We will tell you first where we reasonably can.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your property is the one published when you sent it to us, and we record that version against your booking. The version number and the date of the last edit are shown at the top of this page. If you would like a copy of the version you accepted, email us and we will send it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
