A finished property website, open on your phone or tablet at the appraisal - theirs to scroll through. Free to use at as many appraisals as you like, and when you win the listing we build that home its own.
$395 once, per property, and only when you've won the listing. Nothing to pay to use the sample.
Premium marketing is a phrase in a listing presentation - a list of inclusions, a schedule, a promise about reach. However good the plan is, the seller has to take it on trust and picture the rest themselves.
You hand over your phone and let them scroll through a finished property website - gallery, floor plan, map, enquiry form, all of it there in front of them. Nothing left to picture.
You can describe the marketing, or you can hand over your phone and let the seller scroll through it.
The sample is a finished showcase - gallery, floor plan, location, enquiry form, all of it laid out the way a live listing is. It loads on your phone or tablet like any other website, because that's what it is.
What they're scrolling is built the way we build one for every property sent to us - just with another address in it. Colours and fonts can be set to your agency's if you want them to be.
The sample costs nothing and there's no limit on it - open it at every appraisal you go to. Nothing is registered and nothing is invoiced until you've won a listing and sent us the property.
Every listing gets two stages. Both are finished, working websites - not mockups - and the sample is free to use at as many appraisals as you like.
Live the next business day after you sign up the property. Address, price guide and a register-your-interest form, so buyers can put their hand up before the professional photos are taken.
Once you've sent us the photos. Full-width gallery, floor plan, location and a direct enquiry form, on the property's own domain and branded to you.
Most listings sit idle between signing up the property and the photos coming back. Take a photo of the front of the house on your phone, send it over with the basic property details, and the coming-soon page is live the next business day.
One photo taken on your phone, the bed/bath/car/land numbers and a sentence or two - no need to wait on your photographer. It goes live the next business day with a register-your-interest form, so you can email your buyer list and start taking enquiries before the listing reaches the portals.
Your photos, floor plan, video and virtual tour all in one place, with a direct enquiry form, on its own domain and branded to you. Ready for your approval the next business day.
Every showcase also lives permanently at showcase.place/property/the-address, so past listings stay reachable long after the campaign ends - a portfolio of real work to open at the next appraisal.
No sidebar ads, no "similar homes," no other agency's name. Just this property and your contact details, on a page the seller can text to family and share themselves.
We give you a link to a finished showcase for a real property. Bookmark it on your phone or tablet and open it at the appraisal. Use it as often as you like - it costs you nothing.
One photo, the bed/bath/car/land numbers and a couple of sentences is enough to get the coming-soon page up the next business day. We confirm the domain with you before anything is registered. The full set of photos and the floor plan can follow whenever the shoot happens.
Send through your marketing material and the full website is ready for approval within 24 hours. It replaces the coming-soon page on the same domain, so any link you've already shared keeps working - along with any enquiries that have come in since it went up.
Showcase.Place comes out of Property Pixel, a boutique real estate marketing agency on the Fraser Coast. Years of putting listings in front of buyers showed us the same two gaps over and over - agents arriving at an appraisal with plenty to promise and nothing to show, and campaigns sitting idle while everyone waits on photos.
We created Showcase.Place to close both of them, for agents anywhere in Australia. It's built around the way a listing actually runs, and you'll be dealing with the people who make the websites.
Isaac - Showcase.PlacePer property, incl. GST. Invoiced once, when you send us the property you've won. No subscription and nothing that renews without you knowing.
That covers the coming-soon page, the full website, the domain, and twelve months of hosting. It can go on the vendor-paid marketing schedule rather than your own margin.
We invoice when you send us the property, after you've won the listing. Nothing is charged before that - showing the sample at appraisals costs you nothing, however many times you do it. Pay by card or bank transfer, whichever suits your agency.
The coming-soon page goes up either way, so enquiries aren't waiting on an invoice. The full website goes live once payment has come through.
Invoices come from Property Pixel Pty Ltd, the marketing agency behind Showcase.Place, so that's the name your accounts team will see.
For the coming-soon page: the address, one photo of the front of the property - taken on your phone is fine - the bed, bath, car and land size, and a sentence or two of description. That's enough to get something live without waiting on your photographer.
For the full website: your photos, the floor plan, and any video or virtual tour links, plus your copy. We handle the domain, the build, the hosting and the delivery - there's no login, no builder and no dashboard, and changes are handled over email.
We register and manage the domain, and the $395 includes twelve months' use of it - along with the coming-soon page, the full website and hosting. A month before it lapses we'll email you the renewal cost. If you'd rather not renew, nothing happens automatically and nothing is charged.
Here's the part that matters: the website doesn't disappear when the domain does. Every showcase also lives permanently at showcase.place/property/the-address, and that link keeps working. So a listing you did two years ago is still there to open at an appraisal, whether or not the custom domain is still running.
That's part of the point. Every property gets a short, memorable address the seller can text to family, post to their own social media or email around. Every visitor lands on that home with your contact details on it.
We can add a sold banner or archive it - your call. The website stays live for the full twelve months either way, and most agents keep their sold showcases as portfolio pieces to open at the next appraisal.
No, and you shouldn't want it to. The portals bring you volume. A showcase is where you send someone once you already have their attention - off a signboard, out of a text message, or at an appraisal.
The accent colour, the secondary colour, the background colour and the fonts. Send us your agency's colours once and we'll apply them to every listing you do, so each website looks like it came from you rather than from a template.
If you'd rather we just pick something that suits the property, we're happy to do that too.
We check availability before we register anything, starting with the street address. Where that isn't available, we use the property or building name, which often reads better anyway. Either way we'll tell you the address before the website goes live.
Send the address through and we'll set up the domain and come back with a short list of what we need. Nothing is charged until you've won the listing.
Your details and the address
Thanks - we'll set up the domain and come back to you by email with what to send next.
Sorry about that. Try again, or email [email protected] with the address and we'll pick it up from there.
A single page written for the seller, explaining what a website of their own does for their campaign. Read it once and it's ready to go in your presentation as it is.
Send me the guide
The guide is on its way, .
While you're waiting - have a look at the sample websites further up the page. They're free to use at your next appraisal.
